To order, find the item you wish to buy and add it to your basket. All you need to do is check out. If there is an item you are looking for and it is not listed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We happily take requests and look forward to working with you to create the perfect gift.
To ensure your item is personalised to your requirements, you have the option to enter the details required for personalisation in a message box when checking out.

We strongly emphasise the importance of spell checking your personalisation requests as we will use what you send us.
If you have a personalisation that is not listed please feel free to get in touch. We take requests and will be happy to provide a design you will like.
We send jpeg proofs of all designs to allow you to check that everything is correct and to your satisfaction.
This is to ensure there are no errors when you receive your personalised purchase
Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. In the future we hope to expand our shipping areas.
Shipping starts from £2.99 for Royal Mail Second Class Recorded. Upon checkout there is the option to upgrade to faster shipping.
Shipping is 2-3 days from your proof design being confirmed.
Our photograph restorations start from £10.00 depending on the restoration required.
Ideally, we would require the original photograph to work from, but we understand that your physical photographs are too important to post. With this in mind, we would require a high quality scan of your physical photograph to ensure that we are working with the highest quality available.
We provide free photograph restoration quotes, so feel free to email a copy of your image, what you require and we will get back to you with a price
All restorations will be sent digitally, allowing you to print and upload your newly restored photograph at your own leisure.
Do not worry if you have sent over the incorrect personalisation, you will receive a proof image giving you time to rectify any errors.
You can always email or contact us on Instagram with any corrections.
Do not worry if your item has been damaged in transit. For all damaged items we request a photo proof of the damaged item and then we will begin creating you a new replacement product free of charge. If you item has sold out, we will offer you an alternative replacement or full refund.
We do not offer refunds on personalised items.
Refunds can only happen if the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit and you do not wish to receive a replacement.
Non-personalised items can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging and in a resale state. This must be within 14 days of receiving your item.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know ASAP before your item goes into production.
Once you have approved your proof design and your item has gone into production, cancellation is no longer possible.
