Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of your items. A standard glass would cost £3.99
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. £4.99.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately this is something we do not offer. Hopefully in the future we can expand our shipping lcoations

Order Processing:

  • Non-personalised orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Personalised orders are typically created and shipped within 1-3 business days (depending on the item.)
  • If you require your personalised purchase as quickly as possible, please get in touch and we can let you know if a rush order is possible.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Personalised Baubles: These will be made and shipped within 48 hours as we need time to create your personalised item
  • Personalised Glasses: These will be made and shipped within 48 hours as we need time to create your personalised item

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
  • We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please get in touch so we can help. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised items.
All personalised item sales are final.

Return Window:

  • You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us via our email form here.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  4. Package the item securely, and attach the provided return label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds:

  • All eligible returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item per the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are not available for personalised items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Personalized or custom items
    • Final sale products

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. You must provide proof of the defective item.
