Any items with resin: 2-3 Business Days as the resin will need time to cure and that can take 24 hours
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded delivery as standard. Shipping starts from £2.99 for small parcels (Eg. Bauble, Glassware)
Shipping upgrades are available during checkout. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can track your purchase on the Royal Mail website.
Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted on personalised items. If your item is damaged in transit, please get in touch asap so we can help rectify the issue.
To personalise your item, please make sure that you enter the name on the checkout page, ensuring that all spellings are correct as we will copy and paste what you have written. Alternatively, you can email your personalisation directly. If you require a design that is not a name, email before placing your order so we can make sure the design will fit your selected glass.
Before any glasses are personalised you will be sent a proof design. The proof is to make sure you are happy with the design and to check all spellings are correct. Only once you have approved the proof, then your design will go in to production. Once in production, your item will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days and dispatched by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery. Need it faster? Delivery upgrades are available at checkout.
